Taylor Harris
Founder
Serial entrepreneur, MBA, and former economic analyst at an $8B+ investment fund. With over five years of coaching experience and recognition as “Coach of the Year” at the Harris Institute, Taylor blends behavioral economics, psychology, and the Hero’s Journey framework to help people unlock growth. A husband, father of four, and lifelong explorer, Taylor leads the Chrysalis Community with a passion for the stories that shape our lives.
Allison Paradise
Co-Founder, Chief Play Officer
Allison holds a Master’s degree in Neuroscience from Harvard and has decades of experience in research and organizational leadership. She founded several nonprofits supporting local communities and specializes in childhood development and the process of discovery. At Chrysalis, she serves as Chief Play Officer, bringing curiosity, creativity, and play into the heart of the program.
